I work with women navigating stress, hormone imbalance, and burnout. Through nutrition, cycle-syncing, nervous system healing, and boundary support, I help women restore balance where stress has created chaos. I teach that your body’s signals aren’t setbacks they’re invitations to slow down, reset, and realign. My signature programs blend holistic health, emotional wellness, and lifestyle design rooted in nourishment, rhythm, and deep restoration. This work is deeply personal. My ideal client is someone who like me struggled to keep up with life demands, and who could have benefitted from guidance while navigating birth control shifts, hormone rebalancing, and major life transitions. I bring both lived experience and intuitive guidance into every session, meeting clients with compassion, clarity, and grounded understanding.

Life has a way of pulling women in every direction. We hold so much careers, relationships, expectations, emotions and somewhere in the constant doing, we drift away from ourselves. Stress builds, boundaries blur, our cycles shift, and our bodies quietly carry the weight until we can’t ignore it anymore.
As a teenager, I struggled with painful periods and turned to birth control searching for relief. Instead, I found myself disconnected from my mood, my energy, my intuition, and my body. No one taught me to understand my cycle or listen to the signals it was giving me. I didn’t know the impact that nourishment, rest, nervous-system care, and emotional alignment could have on my hormones and overall well-being so I did what most women do: I pushed through.
For years I also bounced from job to job searching for fulfillment and alignment, but nothing felt quite right. The more I tried to fit into systems that weren’t designed for my energy, the more my body spoke through exhaustion, anxiety, and burnout.
Approaching my thirties, something shifted. I began to listen. I slowed down. I started studying my cycle, tuning into my energy, and honoring what my body had been trying to tell me for years. That journey led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a certified Health Coach and from there the healing deepened.
I embraced cycle-aligned living, acupuncture, intentional movement, nervous system practices, breathwork, and nourishment rooted in awareness instead of restriction. I began tracking my rhythms, creating rituals, and building a relationship with my body based on curiosity and trust rather than urgency and control.
Working with Cici helped me slow down and actually listen to my body for the first time in years. I went from feeling completely burnt out and disconnected to understanding my cycle and energy levels. I’m sleeping better, my stress is lower, and I finally feel like myself again.
