I bring lived experience and intuitive guidance into every session, and I meet every client with compassion, clarity, and grounded understanding.
I’m a wellness guide, writer, artist and energy healer but more than that, I help women come back to their center.
Life pulls women in every direction. We hold so much careers, relationships, expectations, emotions and somewhere in the constant doing, we drift away from ourselves. Stress builds, boundaries blur, our cycles shift, and our bodies quietly carry the weight until we can’t ignore it anymore.
As a teenager, I struggled with painful periods and turned to birth control for relief. Instead, I found myself disconnected from my mood, my energy, my intuition, and my body. No one taught me to understand my cycle or listen to its signals. I didn’t know how much nourishment, rest, and emotional alignment could impact my hormones so I did what most women do: I pushed through.
For years I bounced from job to job searching for fulfillment, but nothing felt right. The more I tried to fit into systems that weren’t built for my energy, the more my body spoke through exhaustion, anxiety, and burnout.
Approaching my thirties, something shifted. I slowed down, started studying my cycle, and honored what my body had been trying to tell me for years. That journey led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a certified Health Coach and from there, the healing deepened.
I embraced cycle-aligned living, breathwork, nervous system practices, and nourishment rooted in awareness instead of restriction. I built a relationship with my body based on curiosity and trust rather than urgency and control.
And now I get to do this work with you. If you’ve been pushing through and waiting for things to slow down there’s another way. You don’t have to figure it out alone, and you don’t have to earn your rest. This is your invitation back to yourself.
